Conference Call Recordings

Welcome to our client conference call page!  We've started what will be a regular feature of client conference calls. 

Our November 2009 call was focused on two major things - an update on the economy and markets with a focus on the government debt and unemployment.  Secondly, we had John Cunningham of Inland Securities on the line discussing the opportunities developing in commercial real estate and how an investor might take advantage of the opportunities.

John Cunningham is a Senior Vice President of Inland Securities Corporation.  He joined the organization in January 1995 as a commercial real estate broker and worked his way up from there.   The Inland Group has been around for 44 years and manages in excess of $25 Billion in real estate.

Our August 2009 call was with Gary Cox of Genworth Financial Asset Management.  Gary is a Senior Vice President and Product Specialist with Genworth.  He is a member of the investment management team and contributes to the management of GFAM portfolios.  Previously, he worked at Lehman Brothers Asset Management as a portfolio manager and product specialist in the Institutional Asset Management division and also worked in the capital markets divisionin Tokyo.

In this call we focused on Genworth's outlook for the economy and markets.  Gary's insights we're very interesting.  The call was recorded on August 18, 2009.

Our May 2009 call below was with Tom Nugent.  Mr. Nugent is an economist and the Chief Investment Officer of Planmember Services Corporation.  Mr. Nugent started his investment career on Wall Street back in 1968, and has written extensively on Monetary and Fiscal Policy since then.  He's held a variety of investment management positions over his career, including positions with J. & W. Seligman & Co. and Santa Barbara Bank & Trust.

This call includes some fascinating discussion of the current economic environment and Mr. Nugent provides his outlook for where the markets and economy are headed.
